0166(3)(a) The front door deadbolt was observed to be engaged during the visit. It was then opened during the visit and the requirement to keep door unlocked from the inside was discussed. 0166(3)(c) There are two gates drilled into the wall in the kitchen and play room area which block the exit pathway when they are closed.
